The saturation point

We are young, we should be enthusiastic, we should have zeal to learn to grow, to explore.
Yes this all should hold true, it did also till one point of time, until we are caught in the vicious circle of our life, where it revolves more towards our office, our career than anything else in life. When did our life got caught in the monotonous circle of our daily routine that we forgot what all are we missing as we are growing up each year. Mon to Saturday morning to evening its just work , house become more like a night shelter stoppage. Sunday is for sleeping or just to finish pending chores. Do we want this to happen to us ?
What has taken over our aim, that we are not even left with a breath of air to stop and think, what should be done, is it time for us to rewind, rejunuvuate and take a break. What have me missed in our life, but we should all know the steering wheel is still in our hand to take a turn, where we wish to go. Yes, we should do our job, but a job that should bring happiness, a sense of achievement. I do remember the verse of 3 idiots: “kaam woh karo jis se tumhe khushi mile, tabhi age badoge “
The progress may be slow initially, but what should be satisfying, that it brings smile on our face when we do that work. Because then only it will act as a driving force to move ahead and achieve ahead.
When one realises it’s been too long and you are being driven to a saturation, take a break, a time alone with oneself, to sit and think and explore. You may be a traveller, a foodie, a photographer, a painter, shopper, painter, sculptor or a reader ... do that relive and before you start your new venture, make sure it’s your new self, who is ready to take up new challenges of life.
Sometimes the life take such turns which are not in our hand , but are they meant for our betterment , we can only know when we take step into the new lane , what it has in store for us . Remember there is always an opening at the end of tunnel , there is always sunshine after a dark night .
The urge to grow, to do something for this society, to make a change in life which has affect on others also, shall always be there.
We all have our commitments but let us all take time and Lets give time to the society, work for something, which may not be of monetary value, but give a sense of satisfaction and helps us relax .

  1. Well said. Try your hand at volunteering. The satisfaction you get when doing something for others even without getting paid is immense
